PLANS AND HERBS FOR NATURAL REMEDIES
One of the of the activities which students from Lithuania have carried out so far. Students from Eitminiškių Gymnasium studied nature in order to collect information about knowledge on plants and herbs for natural remedies. They talked about the Latin names and the family they come from. Discussed characteristics of each family and similarities between plants. Also, students found out that all plants have importance and value because folk medicine is a part of Lithuanian traditional culture.
Spent time in nature helped to make us less stressed and depressed. And having outdoors activities has a calming effect on our minds even if it's just for a little bit.
